IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING FRAUDULENT USE OF OTHER PEOPLES CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.

In order to combat fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, Simplyrugs.net reserve the right to delay delivery where they feel that an order or payment is suspicious or has been made fraudulently using an un-authorised payment method.

We will contact the owner of the card directly for authorization of the payment before processing the order. We will NOT do this through the originator of the order and we shall require security details from the owner of the card before we accept authentication of payment.

We apologise if this inconveniences any legitimate orders, however, it is essential that security steps are taken wherever we feel necessary to safeguard customer payments and our products.

With regards to deliveries - signatures are only accepted from the householder i.e. the person who physically opens the door on delivery. We will not accept signatures from people outside the house, i.e. fixing a car or standing outside the gate!!! Our couriers will refuse to deliver an item if they feel suspicious of circumstances.
